How to Make Pattern for Acid Etched Glass and Sandblasted Glass in High Efficiency ?
Etched glass and sandblasted glass are widely used in decoration,it is familiar by the public. There are beautiful design on glass and beautiful very much.
But do you know how to make the pattern? Draw by hand? Use roll cutting plotter? Yes,several years ago,these are common method. But now glass manufacture pursue more efficient method: use vertical cutting plotter(or we can call it vertical XYZ plotter,vinyl cutting plotter……),which is controlled by computer and used to cut pattern on glass protective film.
Firstly stick protective film on glass, use the vertical cutting plotter to cut your design on the film, expose the part need to acid etch or sandblast, then you can process to the exposed glass,it is simple.
